Managing Partner, Jonathan Simms, successful secured the dismissal of there counts of distribution in Loudoun County during a preliminary hearing. Undercover Narcotic Task-force Officers claimed to have purchased narcotics from the client on three separate occasions. The officers testified at the preliminary hearing and were cross examined about the alleged drug deals. After the hearing, all charges were dismissed.
