Attorney Simms defended a client who was a minor alleged to be a member of a criminal street gang in Prince William County. The Commonwealth alleged that he participated in assault and battery by a mob as a part of his gang activities. The allegations were covered by local television news stations. At the hearing, all felony charges were dismissed.
